      Age: 26 years
      Height: 188cm
      Mass: 95kg
      History of injury: Sustained three lateral ankle sprains to the left ankle  in the last 
                                 18 months

Sport:

      Sport: Rugby
      Event or Position: Centre
      Level: International

            Current season: Start of the off-season


Movement Assessments:

      Performed very well on basic strength and reactive tests
      Performed agility drills well, with good technique and footwork
      Struggled with transitions during agility drills
      Poor balance mechanics on various drills

Background:

      Many years experience using free-weights and resistance machines. Used to lifting heavy loads and demonstrates good lifting technique. He sometimes deviates from his prescribed training programme if he feels like he’s getting bored. He is currently free of injury.
